ANSWER:-
The first picture is the album cover for Grateful dead's 7th album Grateful dead from Mars hotel.
The second picture is of Tony Blair.
Connection is that - When held upside down in front of a mirror, the graphic on the front of the album cover appears to say "Ugly Rumors" which inspired the name of Former British Prime Minister Tony Blair's band, Ugly Rumours.
